The announced position is affiliated to the research project “Indigenous religion(s): Local Grounds, Global Networks” (INREL), which involves an international core group of seven senior scholars. At the same time, in their mission activities, Christian organizations and networks continue to target indigenous peoples and indigenous religion(s) especially.
Knowledge of relevant languages is required. The successful candidate will be encouraged to spend one term abroad at one of our partner institutions (see list here), and may include such plans in the proposal.
